Grazie al sostegno finanziario concesso da parte dell'Unione Europea abbiamo potuto realizzare il progetto finalizzato alla crescita e qualificazione di Massa Vecchia srl. L'intervento imputabile al bando consiste in lavori di ristrutturazione finalizzati al miglioramento energetico e alla riduzione delle pressioni ambientali. In particolare, oggetto di intervento sono stati i servizi igienici della struttura ricettiva. Il progetto ha comportato un notevole risparmio idrico in quanto i componenti utilizzati permettono di ridurre i consumi in maniera significativa. Inoltre, la coibentazione delle nuove tubazioni permette una riduzione delle dispersioni termiche dell'impianto.
